Being a former speech therapist helping children in K-12 schools provided me with a strong foundation in being client-centered, an advocate for people’s needs, and ensuring that those who work alongside me feel genuinely heard. Understanding others, helping them achieve their goals, and curiosity are things I highly value. I'm especially driven by intentional designs backed by research to ascertain a possible solution that is contextually appropriate.
